Plan v1 — Blog + Resume Rewrite

• keep CNAME untouched so the custom domain still resolves.
• remove the old “宝宝英语乐园” assets and replace with a Jekyll skeleton that delivers:
  • / résumé-style homepage using _layouts/home.html and _data driven cards.
  • /blog/ list and _posts article pages with blog_index/post layouts and bilingual headings inspired by 博客园.
  • site-wide light/dark theming and language toggles persisted via localStorage.
  • SEO helpers jekyll-feed/jekyll-sitemap plus placeholders for RSS/search/links.
• store the plan content (this file) so any future iteration can append plan/YYYY-MM-DD-vN.md entries for traceability.
